• To bring together criminal/juvenile justice individuals and groups with special skills, knowledge and interests, to promote the principles and objectives of the Association

• To foster the coordination of criminal/juvenile justice organizations and agencies and their programs and services to increase the efficient delivery of serviceson a statewide basis.

• To develop and maintain liaisons with the National, Regional, State and local associations and agencies for knowledge, ideas and information exchange.

• To stimulate public and private programs and activities directed tward the prevention of juvenile delinquency and adult crime on the local and state level.
